Q. Can I order several different Garments?
A. Yes, you can order up to 26 different types of garments using our new system. Since each garment may have serveral unique characteristics ( ie: different logos, different fore and back colors, differrent front and back options), each set of garments is added via a Group for that garments properties.
Q. How do I get a Free Blue Chip Back Pack?
A. Your Schools very first order of 25 or more items, placed online by your self or staff (Faxed or Mailed orders do not qualify), automatically qualifies for a Free Blue Chip Back Pack.
Q. Can I combine orders to Earn Free Garments?
A. You can combine orders, all placed within two days of each other, to Earn Free Garments. Due to the range of pricing for each garment, we compute the average price of the garments ordered to determine how much will apply toward the Free Garment(s).
Q. Once I place an order, can I add or change items on that order?
A. By placing the order online, you can Add / Delete / Modify that order yourself until the point where you CONFIRM that order. Once CONFIRMED, you have two (2) business days to make Changes / Additions (you must contact your Account Rep to allow these changes). After this two (2) business days, you will need to place a seperate order.
